Probable Cause:
Captain Bloom and Cadet Hilton were leaving Pilbox Medical when they saw Katerina Jade-Quackers and DJ Quackers steal a vehicle and leave the scene of the crime. A traffic stop was conducted on Elgin and they both got out willingly. When Bloom questioned Katerina about her firearms after Mirandizing her, she said one of them might not be her property because she was sold one by a stranger. They went on to describe it as an SNS pistol then later changed it to a BB gun then told Bloom in the cells "What if I just give it to you." This was due to her not wanting her properties to be searched. She refused to tell Bloom which property this was located in.
