Probable Cause:
A search and seizure of Katerina Jade-Quackers was conducted when Bloom noticed messages written inside off the apartment by someone named Kiri. This was soon to be discovered being Kiri-Ren when Bloom noticed a hole in the wall of Quackers' apartment. This hole was large enough to put a big fat andouille sausage through it. Meaning that things could be passed room from room. After finding 18+ firearms and explosives inside of Quackers apartment, Bloom also found a photo of Kiri's apartment in Quackers apartment. All of this evidence in the situation at hand, in addition to Quackers telling Deputy Hilton that she holds these guns and explosives for someone else. All of this opened the scope for the search to Kiri's apartment at 115. Explosives and illegal firearms were found. Given this information the Blaine County Sheriff's Office finds it more than reasonable to ask the DOJ for permission to finish off the search of Kiri Ren's properties. Ren's property is shared with 5 other individuals minimum and they had labeled crates with illegal weaponry in it (see evidence.)
