Any illegal items or evidence that can be found from robbery of other citizens, such as firearms.
Probable Cause:
We had a report from Banner Hotel security (Anton Mathers) that John Elgan was robbing civilians, Identified by photograph. A Deputy drove passed Ammunation on Adams apple and overheard him saying "we need to go help our friend" and was later found at pillbox. An individual showed up at pillbox claiming that Elgin had stolen his hunting rifle and pistol and Elgin began running from him. Elgin was seen pulling out a hunting rifle by Deputy Reginald Philip Arthur Fitzroy and then turning a corner. Upon entering that corner he had turned there was a Hunting rifle on the ground which came back to the individual who stated he had stolen it from him. Elgin was tracked down to strawberry ave where he stole a vehicle while deputies tried to detain him, he evaded in this vehicle to the Banner hotel, grabbing his keycard and going to his hotel room. When apprehended afterward, Elgin did not have this pistol in his possession or any other illegal items. We believe he stored at least one firearm in his hotel room during the pursuit and returned afterward.
