Defendant Name: Nycole Greene
Incident Date: 5/9/2025
Date of Service: 5/14/2025
Reason for Suit: Ms. Nycole Greene, while administering a therapy appointment, rehired Daisy Wilson to SAMS, despite Daisy's protests. Ms. Wilson wished to fulfill expungement conditions suggested by a justice, achieving volunteer hours working at SAMS. Daisy requested a position as a janitor, so she could do something out of the way of the managerial staff which had previously fired her from her position at SAMS, and who she had personal conflict with. Ms. Greene suggested that she hire her back on to SAMS in a medical related position, dismissing Daisy's protests and caution, insisting she be hired back on in a medical related role. Shortly thereafter, within the two days that followed, Ms. Wilson was fired by SAMS without even clocking in once, as expected by Ms. Wilson. This negligent act has lead to emotional anguish and loss of reputation for Ms. Wilson. Not only was Ms. Wilson put through the emotional turmoil of being fired and rejected by managerial staff at SAMS once again; she also has suffered a further loss of reputation, as this incident brought Ms. Wilson back into the social conversations of SAMS staff, leading to even more people hearing of SAMS's problems with Ms. Wilson, not to mention the 2nd firing being damaging to her reputation in its own right. This loss of reputation is especially damaging to Ms. Wilson, as she is a healthcare professional. This was also an act of malpractice. Ms. Greene's actions clearly violate ethic guidelines established by the American Psychology Association for psychologists, including, but not limited to, boundary violations from Ms. Greene putting herself in a position of authority directly above Daisy Wilson in SAMS
