Probable Cause:
Deputy Carter Seasons believes, based on text records, call logs, and witness testimony, that Roxanne Ryder was the individual who stabbed Arthur Talon on 5/7/2025 with a knife several times, resulting in his death. Witnesses Mama Napps, Ash Ordanez, and Maverick Blackstone, were also confronted by Roxanne Ryder and four other individuals at the Playa Vista parking garage, confided in Deputy Seasons that they were there to meet with Roxanne Ryder regarding a leak from an investigation into her late mother, Miranda Vanderbilt, which revealed Roxanne's true name to be Cassandra Vanderbilt with an alias of "Valkyrie", which she used in the text to Talon, and that she was still alive. This is evidenced in "Cassandra Vanderbilt Grave" as having the same birthday as Roxanne Ryder. Roxanne was scheduled to meet with the team from Talon Investigations alone, but instead arrived on scene with four others in a coordinated attack. Prior to the attack, Deputy Jen Saito was texted from one of the victims, Mama Napps, as evidenced in "CI Text", about a possible threat. Seasons personally witnessed Mama Napps and Ash Ordanez bound with zipties, and provided first aid to Maverick Blackstone and Arthur Talon. Texts obtained from a subpoena on 5/16 from Roxanne Ryders phone to Arthur Talon's show a message sent approximately 30min after the attack, evidenced in "Subpoena: Suspicious Text #2". Phone records obtained from same subpoena on 5/22 show calls from Roxanne Ryder's phone to Arthur Talon's 2 hours before the attack, and 30min before the attack, evidenced in "Roxy Call". Deputy Seasons hopes to find one of these guns, or specifically Arthur Talon's Radio or MDT, in property Roxanne has reasonable access to. Koi is listed as a location due to evidence obtained from a phone subpoena on Roxanne Ryder on 5/20 show that Penny Langerhans sold Koi to Roxanne Ryder on 5/4, which Roxanne has since moved into the ownership of Riley West, a person with a spotless record. Roxanne had access to the Koi property at the time of the murder. Deputy Seasons is asking for a no-knock warrant and a night raid, as she is not yet in custody, and we do not want to alert Roxanne that this is happening, lest she destroy evidence stored elsewhere. The state is seeking justice on the premeditated and violent murder of a Court Clerk, and asks that you see fit to allow this warrant.
