1x Felony Assault -> Plead Guilty
Was found guilty on everything but Illegal Sale of Weaponry.
Not guilty of Illegal Sale of Weaponry as there was no proof any sale of ever taken place. Just because they tried to buy a gun doesn't mean they can bypass getting evidence of sale of a firearm. The 2nd evading was a different incident and not an ongoing incident.
