Probable Cause:
The LSPD believe that Perry Green is currently stockpiling weapons, Given the extremely large amount of weapons still unrecovered during any further offenses after his weapons license was suspended this leaves 7 still unaccounted for registered to him. After arresting Mia Carter (Criminal Record # 31475) whilst under miranda she notified officers that she was purchasing weapons from someone (Not confirming who) She later granted consent to search her registered hotel room which she held a key too. After conducting a search of this room a weapon registered to Perry Green (Hunting rifle & Ammo) was found which had not been reported stolen. Perry Green is known to be extremely violent and has used Class 3 firearms against LEO's so we are applying for a night warrant.
