Probable Cause:
A raid was conducted on Shawn Oh, Todd Biblioteca, and Willie Fwaygo, known members of The Nations, after finding them in possession of drug-trafficking-amounts of narcotics. In the raid, weapons-trafficking amounts of firearms were found in a Vapid Sadler Retro Crewcab [U71ZTQEI] [6542] belonging to Shawn Oh, parked at Diamond Casino. A key to an Annis Elegy Retro Custom [2UJM08S] [8778], belonging to Willie Fwaygo, also parked at Diamond Casino, was found in the trunk of the Sadler Retro.
The BCSO has reason to believe that with these items in close proximity to The Nations hangout spot, 18 East Mirror Drive, that such location has potential to be used as a stash spot for further weapon and drug trafficking. Sergeant Arthur Sharpe has eyewitness reports of them using such location as a hangout spot, alongside Sharpe and Deputy DeRoche finding a Bravado Vulture [7H5P4TRE], owned by Orlan Guerrero, another noted Nations member with multiple violent offenses on their record, parked in the immediate vicinity today.

Sharpe Written Statement
I, Sergeant Arthur Sharpe, responded to a Kalashnikov brandishing call on West Mirror Drive outside of the address of 18 West Mirror Drive in April 2025. I observed Todd Biblioteca along with 2 other members of the nations getting shot by members of the Marabunta Grande. I lacked backup to prevent the initial crime but did roll in after the suspects left to render emergency medical aid. I asked Todd what happened and he said something along the lines of 'They just rolled up to our block and did this'. I have seen multiple members of the nations in and around the address of 18 West Mirror Drive during my routine patrols in Mirror Park for the last month and a half.
