HuckleBerry Johnson woke up inside his property, 18 East Mirror Drive, right in the middle of several deputies who were executing a search warrant. The raid being conducted was the result of a signed search warrant that originally stemmed from the arrest of Willie Fwaygo, Todd Biblioteca, and Shawn Oh robbing a store for gas money and then shooting police while holding onto DT amounts of drugs.

Those three AND HuckleBerry have a well-documented association with the "Nations Gang"
Biblioteca had 2 vehicles parked in the backyard of HuckleBerry's residence (18 East Mirror Drive)
Shaw Oh had a car parked in the backyard of HuckleBerry's residence (18 East Mirror Drive)
Willie Fwaygo's Elegy Retro key was found in Shawn Oh's vehicle at the casino, so he shares vehicles with them
Fwaygo, Shawn Oh, and Biblioteca signed plea deals

The property is in Johnson's name. He was found INSIDE his house during a raid, he woke up inside the house. The house was FILLED with drugs, illegal weaponry (class 1s/2s/3s), illegal attachments, a weapon manufacturing bench, and weed table. The charges applied have all been plead guilty to by the other individuals associated.

Johnson made claim that he was merely renting out the home, but given his well-documented association with all of the individuals and the fact that he WOKE UP INSIDE THE HOME IN FRONT OF SEVERAL DEPUTIES proves that he is not merely a landlord but a resident. He is in possession of everything.

Please look at the provided reports and raid receipts. In there you will find evidence of all of the illegal items which prove DT, WT, MW, the weapon attachment poss charges, and the gov equipment poss charge.

Also note that all parties had worked toward a plea agreement, but the defendant disappeared instead of following through with his due process.

It has ALSO come to the attention of the BCSO that the property 18 East Mirror Drive has changed hands. It is now owned by a Nicole Khalid. The BCSO would like to seize the home, or recoup a large sum of money for what would be the value of the house from sale, in addition to all other sentencing decided by the honorable judge.

Your Honor,

As Johnson's counsel I humbly request the court evaluate the entirety of what can be legally and reasonably said was possessed by Johnson. Johnson's relationship was estranged with Fwaygo, Oh, and Biblioteca. He had not spoken to them for at least a month and a half, according to Johnson. In the meantime of this case, Oh, Fwaygo, and Biblioteca have vacated Johnson's home, and severed ties with him entirely. Your honor, Biblioteca et al. and Johnson's cases remained severed by the desire of all parties involved. I offered to conjoin, but all parties vehemently refused. Your honor, simply put, while Johnson was certainly once affiliated with Biblioteca et al. at some point in some way, it is with certainty that the defense states he was not, and had not been for some time, at the time of the raid. The defense argues that it is more than reasonable to believe that large amounts of the house's inventory was placed there without consent and knowledge from Huckleberry. Your honor, this counsel would like you to evaluate this in your ruling, and your sentencing if applicable.

After reviewing all of the evidence in the investigations, arrest records and warrants, Mr. Johnson is hereby found GUILTY of the following charges:

Drug Trafficking
Weapon Trafficking
Manufacturing of Weaponry
8x Criminal Possession of Weapon Attachments
1x Possession of Government Equipment

Rather than engaging with the Court system we are stuck here having to review the case with mere arguments presented on the docket. This is a mockery of the process and it will not be tolerated. As put by the State, this was HuckleBerry's residence, he woke up there, and all that shit was there. ALL OF IT! Regardless of his relationship with the Nations or the other three listed individuals, these items were found in his house and there is no evidence presented otherwise.

The sentencing will be 7 years in Boilingbroke, fine of $500,000 and seizure of 18 East Mirror Drive. I am unsure when the transfer of this property occurred and how Mr. Johnson did this despite lack of engaging in his court case, but his effort to obfuscate the State and evidence in the case despite having a posted plea deal seeking the seizure of this property is insane. I'm not sure who Nicole Khalid is, but she should have done a title search before buying from a person who had a pending criminal case.

BCSO may issue an indefinite warrant to seek the bank information of Mr. Johnson in order to have his fine paid. Please notify myself or a member of the judiciary in the event this is recovered so that we may bill him.
