Deputy Rob was conducting undercover operations at the Banner Motel when he was approached by an individual by the name of Earl Bobinson.
During the conversation an agreement was made where I would purchase one gun for approximately $2,000. The suspect then ran inside the Banner Motel to an unknown location then came back out approximately 5 minutes later. A handoff was exchanged where I exchanged two thousand dollars in cash money which was recovered as well as a Glock with no vin.
During a conversation with the suspect, he stated that he makes the weapons at a off-site sight location. His accomplice, who never followed him inside, by the name of Michael Ventura, was standing outside. Michael asked me if I wanted any marijuana. Michael also stood by me and continued to talk to me while his partner went inside and got the weapons.
At this time, I'm asking for a search warrant to search Michael's apartment as I have reason to believe that there would be stuff stored inside by both Michael and the suspect who sold me a weapon (Earl Bobinson). Earl has a copy of Michael's key inside his pocket. Earl gave consent to search his apartment where 12 weapon kits, 2 weapons attachments and ammos for weapons was found inside Earl's apartment.
When earl was placed under arrest deputies also PID's the 2nd suspect (Michael) as being Michael at the scene (at banner)
