Items to be Searched for and Seized:
PURSUANT OBJECTIVE OF SEARCH: DRUGS, ILLEGAL WEAPONS, WEAPON MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT/PRODUCTS.
ITEMS TO BE SEIZED: IF EVIDENCE OF DRUG TRAFFICKING IS FOUND, MONEY, AND ANY ITEMS REASONABLY USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS, INCLUDING GARDENING PRODUCTS, CHEMICALS, AND WORKBENCHES. IF EVIDENCE OF WEAPON TRAFFICKING OR WEAPON MANUFACTURING IS FOUND, MONEY, AND ANY ITEMS REASONABLY USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF WEAPONS, INCLUDING MATERIALS, TOOLS, WORKBENCHES, AND AMMUNITION. ANY ADDITIONAL ILLEGAL ITEMS DISCOVERED DURING EXECUTION OF SEARCH WARRANT.
Probable Cause:
BCSO Deputies executed a search warrant on the property "18 East Mirror Drive". Inside the property, deputies found drug trafficking amounts of drugs, weapon trafficking amounts of weapons, and evidence of weapon manufacturing. Deputies also found keys for 18 registered vehicles on the property, listed above. It can be concluded that anyone with access to 18 East Mirror Drive also had access to the 18 vehicles, and could reasonably be using them to store or transport drugs or illegal weapons. This has already been proven in the case of Shawn Oh's Vapid Sadler Retro Crewcab (VIN 6542), which was searched prior to the search of 18 Mirror Park and was found to contain large amounts of weapons, weapon parts, and attachments. Several of these vehicles have already been searched, but evidence shows multiple people have access to the house and keys, so the BCSO requests to search these vehicles again, as well as the newly discovered vehicles.
