Probable Cause:
On 5/25/25, while Patrolling a known high-crime residence area Roy Lowenstein, I clearly spotted a glass bong and a police road barrier. Given the location's history with felons, drugs, and weapons, plus the unusual presence of police equipment, I believed illegal activity was or is being conducted. Concerned about public safety and potential evidence destruction, I entered without a warrant due to the immediate need to secure the scene and given direction previously by the Department of Justice. The house is currently owned by a Jarthur Morberry who has previous for Possessing controlled and dangerous substance also attempted second degree murder. Upon speaking with the neighbours they stated "alot of weird things happen in that house they use it for drugs"

The house is also known to have a frequent person use this house that being a MR Tony Forreli who also has multiple counts of possession of a controlled and dangerous substance, Impersonation of a government official theft of government vehicles & Equipment. This house is also known as the [Crack House] Tony Forelli's connection to this house can openly be found on life invader from his account [Crackhead Tony]

Let me make it clear since every warrant has done this. A WARRANT CANT SAY "ANY AND ALL ILLEGAL ITEMS"

A warrant must have a defined scope from the PC.

The collection of the Police Barrier occurred via plain view doctrine if they had lawful access to the property. You can collect the bong as well under the same condition.

Because they had Plain View of illegal items in the property, you have PC to search for WITH A WARRANT:

Government Issued Equipment
Drug Paraphernalia

Finding other illegal goods while searching for such falls under plain view.

Plain View allows you to collect evidence when you have lawful access to it. Like someone unlocks and opens the door and you see Cocaine right behind them.

If you do NOT have lawful access, you need a Search Warrant when you have PC of a crime. Exigency gets around this, such as if it is a clear and imminent danger to the public/others, or there is a risk of destruction.
