StrokeMaster
Items to be Searched for and Seized:
Materials
Probable Cause:
Randy Wrangler was on patrol when he noticed a box truck flipped over in the middle of Innocence Boulevard. Wrangler stopped his car and approached the driver. The Driver, Leo Salvatorre, told Wrangler he was driving too fast, and his truck flipped. Wrangler searched the truck to prepare it for tow. During the search, Wrangler uncovered several Catalytic converters and materials that come from them. Wrangler read Leo his rights and asked where he got the parts. He told wrangler he removes them from cars on the side of the road. He then told wrangler he uses the catalytic converters for his job at strokemasters.
Leo told Wrangler he takes the catalytic converters to the metal processing plant down south. Melts them down to metal bars and then brings them to stroke masters. From there he turns the metal into parts for the business.
