1x Impeding Traffic - GUILTY - Admitted on the stand that their vehicle was flipped over on the road, and traffic was running into it.
1x Negligent Driving - GUILTY - They claimed they were going the speed limit, but I don't think any reasonable person would believe a truck would flip going around the corner doing the speed limit.
5x Petty Theft - GUILTY - I have been waiting for a case to come through about common law abandoned property or treasure trove laws. Unfortunately, a good enough argument wasn't made, and sufficient evidence wasn't presented to say that the vehicles they were taking these from were abandoned or not the property of another.
1x Felony Fraud - GUILTY - Since they are taking these materials from the vehicles, processing them, and using them to make things for mechanic shops, this will be considered Felony Fraud since they are using stolen items & materials and using them through a business.
