Statement for Injunction:
It is the belief of the State, following investigation and information collected by BCSO Deputies, that the business known as Strokemasters is utilizing stolen goods in order to create parts for repairs as part of the business. The utilization of these stolen parts for financial gain is unlawful and ask that the business operations be frozen to allow further investigation into the extent of the use of stolen goods and to prevent further suspected fraud.
Injunction Request(s):
- Immediate cessation of all operations at 33A and 33B Magellan Avenue for at least 14 days following acceptance of this injunction.
- Freeze of any transfer or sale of the properties under the Strokemasters brand, specifically the properties at 33A and 33B Magellan Avenue while this injunction remains in place.
