Ezra was arrested and charged with multiple HUTs on 5/16. CR: 30221. A subpoena was filed for the HUTs and I have been instructed by the DA to file a 2nd subpoena if I want additional documents. Bail was revoked CR 31831.
Ezra is requesting a subpoena for all information relavent to his three HUT charges and his bail revocation. This request incorporates his 05/18 subpoena. Added to that request is the need for any reports or information relating to the involvement with weed, or illegal weapons, of Howard Kultz, Ray Sipes, and Simone Monroe. Also any information relating to ownership of the two properties raided as part of CR 30221. (15 Roy Low, Hamony Motel I think room 2).
Specific known reports requested: 1. CR 31831. (bail) 2. I have IR 5543 but I don’t have its two linked reports called Weed Farm Pump, and Angels of Death Get Smoked.
I have IR 5248 but it links to Howard Kultz Bad Boy and Simone Monroe Bad Gyal. I have IR 5111 but it links to Howard Kultz – Car’s Raid, and the Vineyard – 3 Car Raid + All the Other Cars.
The State's two primary sources accusing Ezra are Sipes and Kultz. In addition Kultz and Monroe own the properties that Ezra is being accused of having illegal items at.
Any defense he could raise needs all information about their credibility and reasons for making allegations. Any defense also relates to their possession and control of the properties items were found in. Any information relating to these others involvement with drugs, guns, or the properties, has exculpatory potential. This is not limited to only the above listed reports.
