Registered Firearms not surrendered to Law Enforcement and/or Controlled Dangerous Substances.
Probable Cause:
Sergeant Arthur Sharpe, while attempting routine patrol was approached by Ali Dee outside of BCSO South. Suspect had a Heavy Pistol in his hand with an unlawful suppressor attached to the barrel. Suspect was detained shortly thereafter as he had arrived to report a crime. Based on the probable cause of seeing a suppressor on said firearm Sergeant Sharpe affected an arrest on the individual to which it was found he was in possession of a Heavy Pistol that was registered to himself along with a suppressor attached to the barrel as initially sighted. Suspect was driving a stolen vehicle and smoking a marijuana joint which, after a breathalyzer test, showed him to be driving under the influence.
Sergeant Sharpe believes, based on prior weapon purchase history and the abject lack of hand-ins on profile along with few weapons being reported stolen it is highly likely that said articles are being stockpiled and stored within the suspects hotel room. Suspect did not consent to a search of the property.
Suspect insisted on being sent as he had to 'dream about work' he pointedly refused to consent to search of property or vehicles. Because of this, Sergeant Sharpe sent him up and raided his vehicles in exigency alone given the fact he now had the capacity to active contact individuals to clear his vehicles. Multiple instances of firearms and meth amphetamine were found within his Neon and BF Surfer.
