I, the Defendant, being of sound mind, willfully and voluntarily enter such a plea agreement with the State of San Andreas.
I have been afforded the opportunity to speak to an attorney, and have thus:
elected to appoint an Attorney to represent my case.
OR elected to refuse my rights to representation during these proceedings and am proceeding Pro Se.
I, the Defendant, fully understand the nature & elements of the crime with which I have been charged, and the criminal culpability that such charges imply therein.
TERMS OF PAROLE:
Defendant is to report DAILY to the LSPD in order to check in regarding their parole. Defendant will talk with an Officer of the LSPD, but is not limited to any specific Officer.
No consumption of drugs while on parole.
Can be frisked during any legal detainment.
