Hello Your Honor, Jr ADA Falcone entering quickly to help clear this up. I reviewed the Subpoena submitted by Attorney Wickens' and informed them in that request that there was no such report that they where asking for. While the DAO understands this may be frustrating, we can not simply create an Arrest Report out of thin air where no arrest was made.
I take particular offense to the assertion that the DAO would intentionally with hold evidence from the Defendant and their Attorney when we have given all information that we have to give.
