Probable Cause :
Over the last 1 month both LSPD and BCSO has engaged in their lawful duties interacting with Mr White a well known Ballas member only to be met with a number of unregistered firearms namely Mk2 Revolvers & Mini SMG's which have had illegal weapon attachments.
Most recently with an altercation on 26/05/2025 on Grove St during a gang shooting against officers and arrested on scene in possession of another Mk2 Heavy revolver and a quantity of 32x Rounds of ammunition. (CR # 32212)
Mr White has had his weapons license revoked and has not reported any of his firearms stolen except 2

This however leaves also 17 counts of firearms belonging and registered to Mr White which have gone unaccounted for and are believe to be in his possession at this current moment. Varying from Ceramic pistols to hunting rifles and heavy pistols. (See below)

Both these unrecovered registered firearms and the stream of heavy ordinance Mr White has displayed he has easy access to and or store until needed. As such Officer Dave Johnson has requested the above search warrant for the listed properties.
