Probable Cause:
Officer Barry Laughlin along with Officer Johnson were conducting routine duties and assiting officers with citating vehicles on grove st on 26/05/2025 where a situation escalated involving Celeste Connor and other members of the ballas, Celeste Used an unregistered firearm to shoot at officers on seen which was later recovered during their arrest.
Upon further investigation of her record this appears to be quite a pattern for Celeste as they continue to get a number of unregistered firearms without a valid CCL and use them against officers whilst they conduct their duties.
Over the last 1-2 months they have gathered 10 criminal firearm possession charges and 9 attempted murder of gov official charges
Examples are as follows:
CR # 32210 - Unregistered glock 45
CR # 30994 - Micro SMG & Heavy pistol (Both with extended magazines & Suppressors)
CR # 29917 - Pistol Mk2
CR # 27490 - Glock 45 & Combat Pistol
Most of these guns unregistered and in some cases some belonging to other individuals such as CR # 27490 where they possessed a gun registered to Trimmer Tee.
These patterns show a clear ability to store and possess a number of weapons with clearly displayed malice intent against LEO's given their record.
A "Night search" is requested based on the facts of Celeste's clear involvement in proactively attempting to murder LEO's along with their gang affiliation and the current standing of Ballas members hunting and "Hell Week"'ing against PD
