Notice of Entry
Annabelle Celesine is entering as counsel for defendant Otto Wiz.
The State and defense counsel are currently past plea deal negotiations and are in the process of finishing the plea deal.
The Court will be notified as soon as all parties have signed the document and judicial review is required to validate it.
