As for Billy Smith, for Att. 2nd Degree Robbery the Court does not find any reasonable doubt that you were in fear or held hostage due to you taking pictures and holding up peace signs. In fact, you were joining in with these people's trends. There's no reason for you to be there unless you were a participant of this act. Guilty on Att. 2nd Degree Robbery. As for Perjury, while misstatements would not count, making a statement definitively happened and doubling down on statements when disproven by officer testimony is perjury. Guilty of Perjury.
