Motion for Summary Judgement
The state request both cases be given a summary judgement. We request this due to the over whelming evidence for Arrest 31224 by Deputy Stout including literal pictures of the Defendant committing the alleged acts and the Clear and Concise report provided by Officer Ledger for AR 30987. The only additional evidence the defense have given to fight off the insurmountable amount of evidence and testimony against these charges is a photo of an ATM. The State believes these two cases would be an absolute waste of Judicial Time.
