Clarification: We have provided the full report of 6065 as this only includes the Statement of Gwen Pepper taken by Officer Laughlin at the scene.

We have only provided an excerpt of 6064 as the portion provided is the only part that pertains to this case and the rest are a part of an on going police investigation.
