PROBABLE CAUSE:
Sheriff Wrangler was undercover and was witnessing several handoffs of an individual on a motorcycle, while on the phone, and he would get off the motorcycle and hop a fence while on the phone in Sandy Shores while on the phone. Wrangler asked Undersheriff Walker and Captain Bloom to detain anyone matching the description of an undercut, blue shirt, and suspenders. Bloom found this individual with Walker and detained him after he resisted the orders of Bloom. He was on the phone during detainment and immediately hostile towards Deputies.
The Blaine County Sheriff's Office believes that it is more than reasonable to subpoena the individual matching the description of the lookout for the individual that was selling dope in Sandy Shore while on the phone. Given Joseph Hayes was in the area and communicating to someone on the phone and then arrested for disobeying and harassment, The Blaine County Sheriff's Office would love to see who he was on the phone with.
