Verdict from Magistrate Judge Murdoch:

State failed to meet threshold for Evidence Tampering.
Testimony from Elektra Hunter was stricken as unreliable.
Evidence examined, including witness testimony and physical evidence recovered from scene and defendant provided conclusive grounds that Infernal did indeed commit an act of Felony Battery against Butterfield.
Infernal was found guilty of contempt in lieu of Perjury in regards to given testimony regarding having legally purchased a hunting rifle, which she claimed use of 30 minutes prior to the incident at hand. This testimony was deemed as given with intent to mislead the court. Charges of Perjury were referred back to the DA's Office for prosecution in a separate proceeding.
