    I'm pleased to see an appropriate time of incarceration for the charges alleged, but that fine sum is pulled from the stratosphere itself, and as citizens of America, we all have protection against excessive fines. We're not talking about any murder charge, but Drugs and Weapons Trafficking. We're kindly requesting to have the fine reevaluated to be representative of the charges alleged.
