This is a subpoena where I, Officer Jacob Lee, am requesting the production of phone records for the following individual:

We are looking for any communications about the possible Procurement of an Explosive device and are looking for the identity of a secondary person involved on scene.
PROBABLE CAUSE:
On 6-1-25 Jacob First Temple and one currently unnamed individual were involved in the vandalism and unlawful imprisonment of five people including Judge Nym Shaw and Taomi Tiffin with the threat of a bomb that he claimed was stuck to Nym Shaw. The second individual that was on scene and believed to be involved is currently unidentified and we believe that he would have had direct contact with this individual prior to the event about his plans.
