@Murdoch Your honour, please attach your final verdict and ruling + reasoning.

Temple was found guilty on all counts after uncontravened testimony was heard by the court regarding Temple's acts of attaching what he believed to be a "bomb" to Magistrate Nym Shaw, using Ms. Shaw as a hostage, along with 4 other persons at the courthouse and attempting to detonate said "bomb" during altercations with responding police officers leading up to his arrest.

Although the "bomb" was ineffective, Temple was found criminally liable because of:

A) His belief that the "bomb" and "detonator" were legitimately capable of causing death.
B) His overt actions supporting his beliefs and his intent to cause the detonation of an explosive device.

All other charges were effectively uncontested.

Due to Temple's actions which included harassing and intimidating witnesses on the stand, and his general demeanor and outbursts in the courtroom, Temple was found guilty of 20 additional counts of contempt.
