Probable Cause:
Deputy Rob conducted a traffic stop on a two-door black and colored vehicle after it was observed driving on the stairs at the banner Motel, it was occupied two times. The driver was identified as Jimmy Monroe, and the passenger was identified as Billy BlancKa both of which are registered offenders with the liability crew gang. The vehicle was stolen and the driver failed to comply with law orders before taking off.
A Pursuit followed where the suspects evaded police recklessly both willing participants. At some point during the pursuit, the occupants of the vehicle began to open fire on deputies. Deputies lost the suspect for a brief period of time then relocated them after they had tucked the vehicle in an Alleyway and ran on foot. The suspects were both located on a roof adjacent to the vehicle that was abandoned below and positively identified as being used in the crime by me.
Both suspects engaged police with firearms when they were located. Officers engaged back with the suspects and a firefight ensued. After some time both suspects were incapacitated and taken into custody. Both suspects are violent registered offenders. They downed over 5 officers during this violent attack.
In particular this suspect that we were talking about in this search warrant Billy, has been arrested four times over the past few days with over nine weapons in his possession including multiple automatic firearms. This most recent arrest he had a bag full of five firearms and he was also at the banner Motel.
Is that this time I believe I have probable cause to search his apartment and his vehicles to locate additional Firearms as I believe he trafficking firearms and I'm looking to provide further evidence of such crimes. It is also my belief that he was at the banner Motel to drop off the bag full of firearms inside of his apartment or one of his Vehicles stashed. Based upon this pattern of arrest, as you will see in the attached search warrant is constantly in possession of automatic firearms and other firearms.
His weapons license has been suspended since 5/19/2025 is well aware he should not have any weapons and multiple weapons that were found on him are either stolen or VIN-scratched, not that it would matte,r as some of the Firearms are automatic guns, which are illegal inherently.
