Reason for Suit: Lily Wickens suffered a fall, and was transported to Harmony medical, operated by San Andreas Medical Services Oliver Dunn, Lenny Squabble and Budge McFlint. Where to we believe Ms. Wickens was in critical condition and taken into surgery. It is to the best of the Plaintiff's knowledge through statements from witnesses, medical professionals from pillbox that medical neg. and malpractice took place. Through the statements, we have gathered, it looks like she had fractures to her back, those fractures were then operated on. During the operation it has been informed to the plaintiff that contrition marks were found on her spinal column most likely caused by a hammer, as they informed A.Barrett in Harmony Medical, The doctors also found loss screws inside the open wound inside her back. As well as a spider was put on her, there is a spider bite on her left arm, that has degraded the skin cells, and a graft had to be put into place.

The Plaintiff is looking for retribution for the damages in the sum of $2 500 000. this was calculated by considering factors of the client is currently 20 years of age, and this is a life time injury limiting her career paths, life style and other avenues which she could of gone into. This sum has been calculated at around $42 000 a year for the next 60 years, and feels like a just amount for a civilian who has committed her life to help the public of San Andreas, the $42 000 comes from the general argument of criminals asking for $25 000 a year for time served. Therefore the Plaintiff feels the asking fee is justified.
