I am attempting to reach out to the defense witnesses and determine if they are available at the scheduled time, but will need someone from the DAO present if a deposition is needed.

Can i get any update form the @DAO Office as to whether or not the state has confirmed that the witnesses will be present? I have been unable to contact Jorden Henderson or Sirc Dergg to set up a deposition or confirm availability. I have also not been contacted by anyone from the state about deposing any of the other witnesses.
