I spoke to Ms. Alyx Kennedy and discussed alternative service, as we have been trying to serve Mr. Malvino for the better part of a month. We discussed place of work, residence, and public postings on a public forum like LifeInvader. I've done LifeInvader postings, will continue doing LifeInvader postings. I've tried to subpoena place of work and residence but the DAO has informed me that they will not reveal personal information for a civil proceeding. If you believe I could obtain that with your approval your Honor, I would be more than happy to attempt service in any way possible. In the meantime I will post the evidence we have, so we can warrant that information being released to me, if you that is something you would consider your Honor.
