State presented overwhelming evidence of Mr. Thithlicker's involvement in a robbery that occurred at an Ammunation on Elgin & Adam's Apple Blvd. The defendant made admissions on the stand consistent with the crimes accused. Thithlicker's wearing of a mask during the incident was not found relevant to the Battery charge.
Thithlicker called the ruling "bullshit" and was issued with a time-only count of Contempt as a result.
