Probable Cause:
On 06/03/2025 @ Approx. 18:30 PST, R-416 River Reed witnessed 2 vehicles in the waters around Cayo Perico, one RV on the deck of a Tugboat. Coming from the RV was a plume of smoke, consistent in appearance with the plume caused by manufacturing methamphetamines. Identifying information for the vehicles that was in plain view was searched and records indicated that the vehicles both belonged to the same individual. Neither vehicle was or has been reported stolen.
