Probable Cause:

On June 4th, 2025 at around 8:00pm EST, Aaron Hatch was last seen at The Banner Hotel with Manager, Tim Hernandez, only to awake an hour or so later in Pillbox Hospital, stabbed in the stomach, and missing both of his nipples.

On June 5th, 2025 at around 10:00pm EST Aaron Hatch was questioned by Deputy Hailey Adler and Deputy Rob Mist regarding this incident.

Tim Hernandez approached Aaron Hatch outside The Banner Hotel and asked him if he worked for the Up-N-Atom. Hatch said yes, and Hernandez told him to come with him as they had deliveries to make. Hatch willingly left The Banner Hotel with Hernandez and was taken to Cheap Autos off Popular Street, where Hatch witnessed Hernandez purchase a brown/gold in colour four door sedan. This vehicle description matches the Vapid 2010 Stainer (13311 / 4Y3LSV6Z) currently registered to and owned by Hernandez. Hatch recalls that Hernandez purchased this vehicle as Hernandez believed people were following him and he needed to get a new car.

Hernandez drove Hatch to a parking garage and then instructed him to look in the trunk. While Hatch was looking in the trunk, Hernandez stabbed him in the stomach. The next thing Hatch remembers is waking up with a black bag over his head. Hernandez removed the bag and Hatch found himself in an electrical building or a run down warehouse type room.

Hernandez then pushed Hatch down a ladder and into a sewer with cells. Hernandez said “let me get the nurse for you” then returned two minutes later with what appeared to be blood all over his face and his shirt missing. Hatch observed six nipples on Hernandez’s chest. Hatch was then moved into another room where he observed multiple corpses, with at least two hanging from hooks and multiple others cut up on the ground. After being left in that room for a couple of minutes, Hatch was moved to what he describes as The Red Room. The room was all red, with tarps covering the walls and a chair in the corner.

Hernandez explained to Hatch that the Up-N-Atom is feeding slop and filth to their customers and committing genocide against innocent animals. Hernandez also stated that Up-N-Atom are the reason obese people exist. Hernandez asked Hatch why he had nipples and told Hatch that nipples are the burdens of your sins and you need to be cleansed.

Hernandez then took a knife and began slicing off Hatch’s right nipple. While Hatched screamed in pain, Hernandez laughed and cackled as he moved onto the left nipple and sliced it off as well. Hernandez then hit Hatch in the head, causing him to get knocked unconscious.

Hatch later woke up at Pillbox where he was told that TacMed found him in a ditch. According to Deputy Da'Peneaux, TacMed member Steven Frills claims to have found Hatch on Popular St/East Vinewood near the sewer system. He was found with a black bag over his head and his nipples missing. Pillbox staff surgically gave Hatch new nipples.

Deputy Adler presented Tim Hernandez’s mugshot photo to Aaron Hatch. Hatch immediately recognized Hernandez as the man who stabbed him and cut off his nipples.

Deputy Adler strongly believes that Tim Hernandez’s Vapid 2010 Stainer (13311 / 4Y3LSV6Z) was used to kidnap Aaran Hutch, drive him to a torture room, and then transport his nipple-less body to the area he was ultimately found by TacMed. Based on Hutch’s statements, Deputy Adler believes that there is forensic evidence to be found in the Vapid 2010 Stainer.

A Night Search justification has not met this court's burden. As a note to officers, you must prove one or more of the below prongs:

1) It is necessary to search without the suspect in-custody should there be sufficient enough danger to LEOs that it becomes a necessity.
2) Destruction and/or Spoliation of evidence upon the Suspect being in-custody; and/or
3) Demonstrate the urgency of disrupting an ongoing criminal operation immediately without them being in-custody.

While there has been implication as such, we do not believe this is enough to meet any prong at this time.

Your Honor, we strongly believe that there is a very real threat to the spoilage of forensic evidence. The victim states they were stabbed before being forced into the vehicle, and were again transported in the vehicle after suffering severe bodily harm. It is essential that the vehicle in question gets seized by police and stored in a secure facility as it undergoes forensic search and testing. As it stands right now, this vehicle is in a public garage, and the risk that any evidence gets destroyed grows larger by the minute. The evidence in question is very fragile as any blood can dry up or be washed away in the rain. It is unknown when the suspect will be able to be brought into custody, and the suspect also has been known to swap vehicles frequently, as mentioned in the victim's statement. The State feels strongly that a night search is essential in order to not disrupt the ongoing criminal investigation.

Hailey Adler While I understand your frustration with this, Dep. Adler, the 'known to swap vehicles', the information concerning the urgency to collect forensic evidence, the destruction of any further evidence, the location of the vehicle and more information as above, while implied by your search, there was no support for a Night Search.

I agree with your analysis, and I will grant that this one time. Please understand, Ms. Adler, that will not be a further leniency granted by This Court.

How does the court wish for us to serve warrants? Previously, we were given a document with the judge's signature that included the details of the warrant. Now that this is all done on the docket, I am unsure how to provide a copy of this signed warrant to the party in question.
