Probable Cause:
On 06/03/2025 @ Approx. 18:30 PST, R-416 River Reed witnessed 2 vehicles in the waters around Cayo Perico, one RV on the deck of a Tugboat. Coming from the RV was a plume of smoke, consistent in appearance with the plume caused by manufacturing methamphetamines. Identifying information for the vehicles that was in plain view was searched and records indicated that the vehicles both belonged to the same individual. Neither vehicle was or has been reported stolen. River Reed then wrote the warrant approved by Judge Erik Howlett on 06/06/2025.
On 6/6/2025 @ Approx. 16:30 EST, River Reed, Alessa Blanchard, Percival Clerebold, Brandon Boyardee, Harvey Bearer, and Rosa River conducted a search of the following vehicles following the approval of the previous warrant:
Vapid Steed Boxtruck (Plate: D033YKYX)
Benefactor Glendale (Plate: 111J70P8)
Based on the search of the above properties and the seized possessions, we have established that Vincenzo Morretti is in constructive possession of a substantial amount of illegal firearms, and illicit and controlled dangerous substances. SAPR is seeking to extend this search to the aforementioned vehicles.
