Reason for Suit:
On 5/19/2025 Ezra Galihai reached out to Mr.Jenson to request a favor, he needed money to post bail. Cam Jenson, trying to be a good friend, agreed to help him out and pay the $35,000. At no point was it ever disclosed to Mr.Jenson that he was actually only paying 10% of the bail, or that Mr.Jenson would be on the hook if, and indeed when, Mr.Galihai violated his bail.
The initial $35,000 bail was fraudulently obtained by Mr.Galihai intentionally, or at least grossly negligently, failing to mention that it would leave Mr.Jenson liable for the full $350,000. Leaving Mr.Jenson on the hook for significantly more than he agreed to.
Quite simply, Mr.Jenson agreed to pay Mr.Galihai $35,000 NOT $350,000.

Theodore Lars It was our understanding that the defendant is in possession of vehicles and other assets that could be sold or seized to reimburse my client. To be clear we are asking the defendant to pay the money not the court. If the court found in our favor and the defendant's assets did not cover the damages, we would ask for future wages being garnished, and the seizure of any significant assets that came into possession of the defendant until the judgement was paid in full or a payment plan is put in place.
The only way for us to find out definitively about the defendants assets and income is for us to sue and then request that information as part of any potential payment hearings should the defendant not be able to pay the judgement in full.
