Probable Cause:
Agent Marie of the SIB was staked out on Grove St. after receiving a drug sale call. Marie witnessed suspect Sean Price running in and out of his property (15 Grove St.) in between drug sales. Marie took pictures of Price selling. SIB then contacted LSPD for backup and Sean Price was pulled over and detained after attempting to drive away in a motorcycle. Price had a lot of cash on his persons but no drugs. There were also no drugs in his vehicle used. SIB believes that Price had stored drugs in his house as he was running between the sales and his house. Price did not have any drugs on his persons or vehicles, and SIB did not lose visual contact outside of that. Upon further investigation after attempting to lock down 15 Grove while writing this search warrant, Officers saw a table that what is believed to be kilos of weed on a table along with pots inside of the house. SIB believes without a doubt that there are now drugs on this property.
