Defense would strongly object to the new evidence being added, Despite the deputy's claim to have done such at 8:59pm Eastern, the docket does not lie. This evidence was added after the ADA entered at 9:05pm Eastern, and is clearly marked as being entered at 9:06pm Eastern. The deputy had over a week to turn over evidence that would be relevant to the defense but choose to wait until AFTER the deadline. The state tried to be petty and withhold evidence until the last possible second, but they missed the deadline.
Additionally, defense would individually object to the introduction of reports 36208, 36233, 36480, and 36670 as they each appear to have occurred after this incident, and do not have a single charge in common with the arrest at issue. The state cannot just add a bunch of unrelated reports to try and show some kind of propensity for crime.
