Sergeant Arthur Sharpe, BCSO's most prominent redcoat (Happy belated 4th, Your Honour).
Given a couple of requests by Ash and my own personal belief that Boris Medvedev seems to be quite a nice guy I've done some research from our end on this and found the following:
Nothing appears to have been seized from the property of 082 Eclipse Towers at the initial point of search performed by Captain Elmer Quirk. Mister Medvedev was one of the few residents to never face a criminal charge because of this as it seems he was a law-abiding tenant (unlike most of the residents of this floor).
Then-Deputy John Hawkins performed the seizure of any property and furniture on Floor 8 in line with the court eviction order, the only documented item seized by the state from Apartment 082 was a key box, which has been returned to Boris Medvedev by Deputy Alessa Blanchard.
From everything I can see, no property has been seized from Apartment 082 aside from that key box. I can state that individuals outside of the registered tenants have been actively accessing properties on this floor. Individuals have been arrested during search warrants on Floor 8 for actively tampering with evidence. The prior Landlord, Snowman Chill, actively informed all tenants to clear out their property. From everything I can see, if any property has been removed from this location without LEO involvement.
