To the State of San Andreas Judiciary
Name: Stan Everyman
Department: SIB
Locations to be Searched
Club house on the corner of Roy Lowenstein and Little Big Horn (as seen in Evidence 1)
Items to be Searched for and Seized:
Metal and Salvaging Tools
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Illegal Weapons
Probable Cause:
Agent Everyman and Delafayette responded to a salvaging call in the South Side of someone taking apart AC units. Upon arrival, agents took a picture of the suspect, Osiris Genovious, taking apart the unit. Upon trying to apprehend the suspect, Genovious fled. Genovious ran across the street to a club house labeled Davis Street Demons and ran inside. Agent Marie ran inside after Genovious. Genovious ran back outside of the building after around 30 seconds and he was then successfuly arrested and placed into a vehicle. Agent Everyman then went inside of the club house to see if he had dropped anything. When briefly looking around inside, Everyman had found multiple instances of drug paraphernalia and plenty of small bags or containers. Everyman did not find any materials on the ground. Upon searching Genovious after arrest, it was found that he had an illegal class 1 firearm on his persons. The weapon did not have a serial number and Genovious does not have a weapons license. SIB can heavily infer that there is either more of the illegally obtained materials from the arrest, more drug paraphernalia, and illegal weaponry. Everyman also believes it is worth noting that Genovious has been found guilty of drug trafficking and has around 30 untraceable firearms that have yet to be retrieved since him losing his weapons license.
