NOT GUILTY of Criminal Threats
GUILTY of Resisting
The quoted threat repeated 3 times was 'Leave the Southside.' and when asked or what 'You'll find out'
The defendants testimony was 99% bullhunky about Friday the 13th. However due to the charge specifying serious harm or death, I can not comfortably find this vague threat as guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Stupid and INSISTED directly to an officer though, enough so that the officer acted with PC and Good Faith to charge it. Therefore the attempt to detain the defendant to clarify these statements further / make an arrest was legal because of the triple down of the defendant. So he resisted that detainment when he fled.
