Motion to Amend Defendant
The Plaintiff is motioning to amend the claim and add the DAO as a defendant. By way of text and through this docket response above, the DAO acknowledges that this was a court order that they were aware of and that has not been met, and is now trying to side-step its involvement in a civil suit "Luna v. Reads and the BCSO" that the DAO represented originally. As such, we would like to now add them to the case as a named defendant.
Motion to Amend Damages
The Plaintiff would like to amend the current damages from the following:
_$100,000 for the BCSO not taking a civil rights’ violation seriously and not following through with paying back Morgan Luna-Schofield in a timely manner in the amount that was owed to her. Civil rights’ violations should not ever be taken lightly or ignored.
$100,000 to be paid to the DOJ for the BCSO ignoring the court’s orders and thinking that a judge does not need to be heeded or listened to._
