Probable Cause:
On June 17, 2025 approximately 10 pm EST, ADA Kinsley Murphy saw Mr Jordan Henderson at Eclipse Towers. He came out of Room 222 that he had keys too. She engaged him in conversation and said to her “Do you have an issue with me?” As he said that, he had pulled out a weapon looking like an automatic rifle. Ms. Murphy as she was a bit fearful had told him no and he immediately put it away and was civil. Mister Henderson stated to ADA Murphy that he lived on this floor. On inspection of the MDT owner profile for 222 Eclipse Towers, it was revealed that this property returns to one Ty Jeffries.
On June 18, 2025 approximately 1:45 pm est, Sgt Sharpe with ADA Kinsley Murphy went up to a drug call in Sandy. Where they saw Mr. Jordan Henderson which was recognized by both Sgt. Sharpe and ADA Kinsley Murphy as he was wearing the same clothing as he was the day before. Only difference was from the previous night he didn’t have his mask on. We followed him to the Boathouse where he got out of his car, went over to the locals and started to deal right in front of both Sgt. Sharpe and ADA Murphy. The Civilian that he was dealing to took a swing at him where he then ran and pulled a weapon out. Said weapon appeared to be a Gock 17. Suspect began to evade in a Coquette D10 that was registered to his person, suspect managed to evade Law Enforcement due to Ty Grant, an individual that actively admitted to being 'called in' to interfere, rammed Law Enforcement in a tow truck, disabling Sgt. Sharpe's vehicle.
Mr. Henderson does not have a valid weapon license and we believe with him coming out of the room the night before that he has a stash of weapons in that apartment. We would like to search the residence and his vehicle for any drugs and weapons due to the nature of the calls we have responded to in the last 48 hours with Mr. Henderson. It is notable that Ty Jeffries has had a suspended firearms license for some time. Jordan Henderson has been actively caught with firearms that return to Ty Jeffries roughly two weeks after his firearms license was suspended, it is therefore highly likely that Ty Jeffries is stockpiling weaponry in his Eclipse Apartment.
