Defendant is found Not Guilty of Sale of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. The evidence presented in this case was a dispatch call that Deputy Dekiller responded to and while in plain clothes she say the Defendant hand something to someone else. At that time, Deputy Dekiller apprehended the Defendant and brought them into custody. In the Defendant's possession was approximately $2k in case, but no controlled dangerous substance. Without anything else, I cannot find this Defendant guilty.
