Standard Bail Conditions - 300k: Bail must be paid in the amount of 10% to the DOJ account: 10000002 to be released from Bolingbroke Penitentiary.
1) Abstaining from the consumption of drugs and alcohol
2) Cannot commit a misdemeanor or felony
3) Cannot possess on their person, deadly weapons or firearms
4) Subject to a frisk during a legal detainment
5) Must make their phone number and address available to the court during the bail process
6) No contact with the victim or adverse witnesses. Defendant may contact other Defendants for the sole purpose of the criminal case against them.
