NOT GUILTY
The Defendants story was frustratingly confusing the the officer, and the officers reaction reasonable....but it was not identity theft. He didn't re-affirm the ID was him or try and claim it was him. Very dumb mistake was made, but no mens rea or actual effort to deceiveDRIVE YOUR CAR WITH YOUR ID AND LICENSE THOUGH JESUS CHRIST.
Charge was going too hard too fast today. Also reminder, it is NOT stacking to charge them with everything they did, it is only stacking to double up on the same thing. (There seemed to be concerns about charging with Driving without a License.....for some reason....)
