Firearms, Firearms Parts and/or Manufacturing materials.
Probable Cause:
Deputies of the BCSO pursued a suspect, returning to the Liability Crew, based on Forum Drive off the back of a warrant. Suspects footbailed on Forum Drive and began a rolling firefight with Law Enforcement in an effort to escape attempted LEO detainment. All suspects were shot down in good order. Sergeant Arthur Sharpe took custody of Ness Lee; a member of the Liability Crew and tested him for GSR, this GSR test returned positive.
Given the fact that Ness Lee has a suspended firearms license, Sergeant Sharpe began a search of his person and found the following:
1x Combat Pistol, no serial number.
2x Gock 17 Receiver
2x Sawn-Off Shotgun Receiver
1x SMG Receiver
1x Pistol MK2 Receiver
1x Pistol 50 Receiver
1x Pump Shotgun Receiver
59x Smokeless Gunpowder
Based on all of the above, it is evident that Ness Lee was transporting materials used for the production of weaponry, therefore Sergeant Sharpe of the BCSO wishes to press for the aforementioned search warrant on the stated properties and locations. Ness Lee has multiple priors for the possession of manufactured weapons, it is therefore reasonable for Law Enforcement to believe that said individual is storing further unlawful weapons and/or materials within his limited possessions.
